Privacy
In short and plain words: what data this website processes, why and for how long.
01Controller
Lukáš Šlajferčík, Bratislava, Slovakia. Contact: the e-mail below or the contact form on the website.
02Contact form
What: name, e-mail, message text, selected services (optional) and time of sending.
Purpose: replying to your message and possibly agreeing on a project. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest in replying to your message (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Retention: messages are kept for at most 12 months after they are sent and then deleted. If the conversation leads to a project, they are kept for as long as the law requires (e.g. accounting).
Spam protection: the sender’s IP address is kept for at most 48 hours to limit the number of messages.
03Processors and recipients
Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL – website hosting and e-mail delivery (Amazon SES), data centre in Frankfurt (EU).
Google Ireland Limited (Gmail) – the mailbox that receives messages from the form.
I do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
04Analytics and server logs
Visitor statistics are measured with Umami running on my own server – no cookies, no profiling and no sharing with third parties.
The server keeps a technical log of requests (time, page, browser) with a truncated IP address (the last part is zeroed). It is used for security and troubleshooting and kept for at most 12 months.
The website uses no cookies. Your browser only remembers your language choice (localStorage), which is never sent anywhere.
05Fonts and YouTube videos
Fonts are served from this server; your browser does not download them from Google.
Some projects are YouTube videos. The player (youtube-nocookie.com) loads only after you click play – nothing is sent to YouTube before that. Once started, Google processes data under its own policy.
06Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to the e-mail above.
If you believe the processing breaks the rules, you can lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk).
